This version focuses specifically on the logistics of returning or exchanging physical products (sizing issues, damage, etc.) and is designed to sit alongside your Refund Policy.


Return & Exchange Policy

At Luntra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, or if the fit isn’t quite right, we are here to help you with our easy return and exchange process.

1. Return Window

  • You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and boxes intact.
  • Receipt: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear and Lingerie.
  • Jewelry (Earrings, Necklaces, etc.).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items sold during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” (unless defective).

4. The Exchange Process

  • Size Issues: If you ordered the wrong size, we will happily exchange it for the correct size (subject to stock availability).
  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it free of charge.
  • How to Request:
    1. WhatsApp us at +91 73773 94352 or Email Support@luntra.co.in.
    2. Provide your Order ID and details of the item you wish to exchange.
    3. If the item is damaged, please attach a clear photo or video.

5. The Return Process

If you prefer to return the item rather than exchange it:

  • Step 1: Raise a Request Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Step 2: Reverse Pickup We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivered address within 2-3 business days. Please ensure the packet is sealed and ready for the courier partner. (Note: If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse. We will reimburse standard courier charges in such cases).
  • Step 3: Quality Check Once the item reaches our warehouse in Ankleshwar, our team will inspect it for quality.
  • Step 4: Refund Initiation Upon passing the quality check, we will initiate the refund to your original payment mode (or Bank Account for COD orders).

6. Important Notes

  • Items purchased as a set: If you bought a suit set or combo, the entire set must be returned; individual pieces cannot be returned.
  • Used items: If an item is found to be used, washed, or damaged by the customer, the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to you.
