Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Luntra, we value your time and trust. We strive to ensure every transaction is smooth, but we understand that sometimes plans change or things don’t go as expected.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel, please email us immediately at Support@luntra.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 73773 94352 with your Order ID.
If canceled before dispatch, a 100% refund will be initiated to your original payment source.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you no longer wish to keep the product, you may accept the delivery and initiate a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has reached our facility and passed a quality check to ensure it is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
For Prepaid Orders:
The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement after we process it.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Since we cannot refund cash, we will transfer the refund amount to your Bank Account or UPI ID.
Our team will contact you to request these details once your return is approved.
Note: Shipping charges paid at the time of the order are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days of approval:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us photos/videos of the damage via WhatsApp or Email.
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges) for verified defective items.
