At Luntra, we understand that once you’ve placed an order, you want your style essentials to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with India’s most trusted logistics services to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
1. Shipping Coverage
Pan-India Delivery: We deliver to almost all pin codes across India.
Remote Areas: For certain remote locations, delivery may take slightly longer depending on the accessibility of the area.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed at our warehouse in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Business Days: Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within:
Gujarat & Nearby States: 2–4 business days.
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
J&K, North East & Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. While we strive to meet these targets, actual delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below this amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat COD handling fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 60 or 99] may apply to Cash on Delivery orders to cover courier cash-handling costs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID and a link via Email and SMS/WhatsApp.
You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make three (3) attempts to deliver your package.
If you are unavailable, they will usually call you to reschedule.
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we can re-ship the order upon request (additional shipping charges may apply).
7. Tampered or Damaged Packages
Do Not Accept: If the package looks open, tampered with, or heavily damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment.
Report It: Inform us immediately at Support@luntra.co.in or WhatsApp +91 73773 94352 with your Order ID, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
